Seaholm Maples Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 10-0 loss to Farmington on Monday.

Farmington scored on a double by #7 and a single by #27 in the first inning.

The Seaholm Maples Varsity struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Farmington, giving up ten runs.

One bright spot for Seaholm Maples Varsity was a single by Paul Durocher in the fifth inning.

Scotty Clippert took the loss for Seaholm Maples Varsity. He surrendered ten runs on 11 hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out four.

Durocher led Seaholm Maples Varsity with one hit in two at bats.

Farmington tallied 11 hits on the day. #7 and #6 all managed multiple hits for Farmington. Farmington didn’t commit a single error in the field. #7 had the most chances in the field with six.
