Please be reminded, Seaholm Baseball tryouts will begin on Monday, March 11, at the Seaholm Field. Please be there at 3:15pm.

Prior to tryouts, each player must pay a ‘pay to participate’ fee to Birmingham Public Schools. Also, all student athletes must have a physical on file dated on or after April 15, 2023. See below.

As you know, we have a new turf field. There will be no metal cleats allowed on the field. Also, no seeds, no gum, no chew are allowed.

There is a good chance the field’s surrounding bleacher area and grounds will still be under construction. To avoid mud getting onto the field, please park in the school’s parking lot and enter through the new entrance to the athletic fields/facilities. Proceed on the sidewalk to the baseball field’s right field corner, then take the sidewalk to the first base dugout entrance onto the field.

ATHLETIC REGISTRATION

In order to participate in any athletic program at Birmingham Public Schools, it is necessary to complete the required registration form. If you have any questions regarding registration, please submit an email the athletic director.
